James Hannington: First Bishop of Eastern Equatorial Africa: A History of His Life and Work 1847-1885 (Hardcover)

Hannington went out for the Church Missionary Society to Uganda in 1882. He led an expedition which reached Lake Victoria Nyanza in 1885 and was murdered by the order of the King of Uganda in the same year.
