ISBN: n/a. 118 pages copiously illustrated in monotone sepia and full colour from photographs and artworks, including tipped-in facsimile letter from Buckingham Palace thanking the author for the first copy given to the King & a separately inscribed order form for prints from the publisher.

Original brown boards (in protective plastic) quarto size. Foxing on endpapers. Some general wear for its age.

Written and illustrated by members of the Battalion they can claim for this narrative that it has the veracity to be expected of an account, compiled in the field, of operations in which they have actually participated.
