More info

For 6 years, Henry Kyemba was Idi Amin's principal private secretary and later Minister of Health in 1970's Uganda. If you want shivers sent up your spine, then this book should do the trick. The inside information and stories that Kyemba relays is quite appalling. And the insight we are provided into a clearly deranged individual's mind is startling to say the least. This book is definitely not recommended for the faint of heart. And while the description of activities and events are quite educational, the needless violence and suffering could overwhelm anyone.
